Breakey 1997: The role of diet and behaviour in childhood

The author summarizes and discusses the research from the 1970s up until the 1990s.  She emphasizes that studies often only can deal with a single item but in actuality there are multiple types of items that can affect a sensitive person, causing changes in mood, behavior, and health.  She points out that nonfood items such as fragrances are also important.
